SUMMARY

Detail of Hephaistos from a painting depicting the god's return to Olympos. He rides on the back of a donkey with a smith's hammer resting on his shoulder. The god is surrounded by the Satyroi attendants of Dionysos, who leads Hephaistos back to heaven.
