Side A: Detail of Europa riding across the sea on the back of the bull-shaped god Zeus. Other figures depicted in the scene (see other images) are the fish-tailed sea-gods Triton and Skylla, the love-god Pothos, flying above, sprinkling desire, and in a corner panel Aphrodite and Adonis.
Side B: Dionysos with Satyroi and Mainades (not shown).
