SUMMARY
Hephaistos is led by Dionysos back to heaven. The god is depicted with a workman's cap and mallet. Before him walks Dionysos who holds a thyrsos (pine-cone tipped staff) in one hand and a drinking cup in the other. They are accompanied by a dancing Mainas Nymphe and flute-playing Satyros, cloaked in a panther skin.
