NB In the future I will create a set of charts comparing the various ancient Cosmogonies. The one above is essentially that of Hesiod, with a few minor additions from other authors. I have also included a few primarily Orphic protogenoi on this chart, such as Khronos, Ananke, Hydros and Thesis. Khronos and Ananke are essentially an Orphic protogenic duplication of Hesiod's Kronos and Rhea, as are Hydros and Thesis a doubling of Okeanos and Tethys.
