ERIDANOS was a River-God of Attica, in Southern Greece.
The Eridanos stream was a tributory of the Ilissos. The two merged their waters near the city of Athens.

"Butes, son of Teleon and Zeuxippe, daughter of the river Eridanus, from Athens."
