DESCRIPTION
The busts of the elderly marine-gods Oceanus and Tethys rise from the sea. Oceanus is depicted as a grey-haired man with crab- or lobster-claw "horns", and his wife Tethys as a matronly woman with a winged brow. A draconic sea-serpent is coiled around their shoulders.
